Seek Or Shout, the free community site which launched in 2012 and has more than 14,000 members, has been in many ways a success according to Cision.  “We’ve seen your stories go from ideas and pitches to published work in print, broadcast and online media. We’ve seen content creators forge valuable relationsSeekorshout imagehips at a time when old-fashioned storytelling has become critical to the media and marketing mix. We’ve witnessed the community leverage the site in ways we couldn’t imagine—a forum for career advice, a place to hire freelance writers and producers, a way to find brand ambassadors.”

Now Cision is turning to HARO to build upon their mission and successes, to provide a better experience for their audience through enhanced features, improved usability and an expanded network. Help A Reporter Out (HARO), became the industry’s fastest growing publicity service and was one of Vocus’ most popular offerings prior to Cision’s acquisition of Vocus. Seek Or Shout is slated to close October 29.  The entire press release is available here.
