Videocasting (or vodcasting) is a specialized form of podcast, delivering video clips on demand and distributed, like podcasts, through RSS or Atom feeds. Videocasts can be streamed or downloaded by the viewer. Some videocasting services are well known to the public – YouTube and Google Video, for example – but the available range of publishers is quite broad.
