PRToolFinder is a public relations Saas (Software-as-a-service) directory designed to help PR professionals, media strategists, and marketing teams quickly find the best PR tools for their needs. From media contact databases and press release distribution services to PR analytics software and reputation monitoring platforms, our categorized listings save you time and effort.

How does PRToolFinder work?

Our searchable PR tool database allows users to browse and compare public relations tools by category. Free users can view tool names and categories with links to vendor websites, while paid members unlock full descriptions, pricing details, advanced filters, and links to vendor websites all within the platform. It’s a centralized resource to discover and evaluate PR and communications tools.

• – 90-Day Access: $50 one-time payment – Annual Membership: $95/year

Do PRToolFinder memberships auto-renew?

No, all memberships end after the duration purchased.  Users will receive advance notice of the need to renew if desired and may also receive incentives to continue.  Free members may receive occasional incentives to move to a paid membership.

How can I cancel my PRToolFinder subscription?

You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Your access will continue through the current subscription period. PRToolFinder does not offer refunds except where required by law.

Data Privacy & Security

Is my information secure on PRToolFinder?

Absolutely. PRToolFinder uses industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your data is never sold and is only shared with trusted third parties (such as payment processors) necessary to operate our platform. Please review our Terms of Use.

Does PRToolFinder comply with GDPR and data privacy laws?

Yes. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at gina@prtoolfinder.com. You can also read our full Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my PRToolFinder account?

Submit your request by contacting gina@prtoolfinder.com. We will process your data removal in accordance with privacy regulations.

Can vendors update their tool listing?

The Tools Database is updated twice a year with publicly available information and personal outreach with the tool vendor.  If you’re a PR tool vendor and would like to update or enhance your listing, contact gina@prtoolfinder.com.

How can vendors advertise their PR tools?

PR software vendors can increase visibility with:

• – Sponsored placement in the categories of their choice
• – Banner ads and email newsletters
• – Sponsored emails to our subscribers
• – Sponsorship of inside front and back covers of the category eBook
• – Premium logo placement with brief description on the results page of free version (which will also appear in paid subscription)
