The industry’s only tool database 100% focused on Public Relations Tools
PR Tool School Is Back — And We Added Something New
On May 11, we kicked off another PR Tool School — our eight-week deep dive into some of the most useful categories in the PRToolFinder database.
Week one explored the world of easy-to-use design tools and image resources for PR people who need great visuals but aren’t necessarily graphic designers (or photographers). Because let’s face it — most PR pros are storytellers first. We highlighted tools and photo libraries that help communicators create polished, professional content without needing a design degree or a giant budget.
Week two focused on one of the fastest-growing categories in the industry: AI generative tools for writing and content creation. We explored tools PR teams are using to brainstorm ideas, accelerate workflows, create content, and support creative campaigns while still keeping the human strategy and storytelling that great PR requires.
One of the new additions to Tool School this round is something we’re really excited about: every Thursday we’re now publishing a quick-reference guide for that week’s category, complete with a comparison table of featured tools and a direct link to the full category inside the PRToolFinder database. It’s a faster, easier way to scan the landscape and discover tools you may not have considered before.
And don’t forget — every week we’re also dropping a brand-new video in our Video Resource Center, packed with bite size practical insights and tool highlights for busy communicators.
Next up: the crowded (and constantly evolving) world of Social Media Management & Scheduling tools. From content calendars and approvals to analytics and publishing workflows, we’ll be digging into the platforms PR teams rely on to keep campaigns moving.
